I help high-achievers who feel trapped by anxiety, overthinking, and pressure to always perform. I understand how it feels to push yourself relentlessly yet still question if it’s enough.

You don’t have to keep running on empty to succeed. In our work together, we’ll slow things down and look at how your thoughts and emotions may be fueling the stress that keeps you stuck. From there, we’ll build practical tools and new ways of thinking that allow you to excel and take care of your mental health.

My approach is direct and practical, focused on what works for your life, not a one-size-fits-all solution. I believe you can achieve your ambitions while feeling more grounded, clear, and in control. Working together, you can learn to navigate pressure, quiet the overthinking, and create space to thrive both personally and professionally.

When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, or diving into one of my many hobbies. I think it’s important to embrace the things that bring joy, balance, and a little bit of fun into life.

Overall, I have 10 years combined experience working within the human service field as an agent of change. Most of all, I am a human with my own lived experiences and have learned how to overcome many of my own adversities. I will not let these experiences be in vain and would rather use them to push forward and create a better future for myself and for others.
