Live Webinars Q&A
-
If you don’t see the webinar, first check your email inbox for the Zoom meeting link. After you complete your purchase or registration, Zoom sends a confirmation email containing your unique join link for the webinar. This email may arrive shortly after registration or purchase, so be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your main inbox.
If you still can’t find the link:
Search your email for keywords like “Zoom webinar,” “confirmation,” or the webinar title.
If you registered through a platform like ThriveCart, check the confirmation page or email for instructions.
Without this link, you cannot join the webinar because Zoom requires registrants to use their personalized join link to ensure security and proper attendance tracking.
If you cannot find the email or link, contact us here immediately to resend your invitation or assist you in accessing the session.
-
After attending the live CE webinar via Zoom or Microsoft, you will receive a link to a post-webinar survey powered by Certify’em. This survey is typically sent automatically at the end of the Zoom webinar or provided in the Zoom chat or follow-up email. You must complete this survey to qualify for your certificate of completion.
Here is how to find and complete the survey to receive your certificate:
During or immediately after the webinar ends, look for a prompt or message in the webinar chat containing the survey link.
Alternatively, check your email inbox shortly after the webinar for a message with the survey link.
The survey is hosted via Certify’em, where you will be asked to provide your information and complete any required questions.
Upon successful completion of the survey (including any required passing score if applicable), Certify’em will automatically generate and email your personalized certificate of completion as a PDF to the email address you provided.
If you do not receive the survey link during the webinar or in your email, please contact us here to ensure you can complete the survey and receive your certificate.
-
