We offer every new client a free 20 minute consultation. It’s your chance to ask any questions and get a sense of how therapy with us works, so you can decide if it’s the right fit for you.

We will either schedule your first session or provide a referral to a therapist who better matches your needs.

Once you’ve completed your free consultation and feel confident about moving forward, it’s time to begin therapy. Your therapist will work with you to understand your goals, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, overthinking, or burnout.
Every session is tailored to your needs, and you’ll have a safe space to explore what’s been weighing on you while building skills to feel more steady, present, and in control.

Yes! We offer a free 20 minute discovery call. We understand the importance of having a good fit and want you to feel comfortable with us.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, out of network (OON), private pay, and offer some reduced/discounted or pro-bono spots.
Private pay sessions are $0 - $200 per session and we offer super billing for those using OON benefits.
Discounted rates (sliding scale) and pro-bono spots are based on income and need. These spots are limited and are not guaranteed.
If you choose to shop around for therapy, you can expect prices to range anywhere from $0 - $300+ for each 45-60 minute sessions depending on area and specialty.
